Counselling services
There is no single right way to experience counselling. Some people feel most comfortable sitting together in a private room, while others prefer talking from home or walking outdoors. I offer several ways to access support, allowing us to find an approach that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
-
Individual counselling offers you a confidential space to talk openly about what has been happening in your life, without judgment or pressure.
Our sessions will be shaped around your needs and may involve exploring difficult emotions, understanding recurring patterns, developing healthier ways of coping or simply having space to say things you may not feel able to share elsewhere.
I can support you with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, attachment, grief, burnout, trauma responses and periods of change or uncertainty.
-
Online counselling allows you to access support from a private and familiar space, wherever you are in Australia.
Sessions take place through a secure video call and offer the same warmth, attention and confidentiality as meeting in person. This option may suit you if you have a busy schedule, live further away, travel regularly or simply feel more comfortable talking from home.
-
Walk-and-talk counselling combines therapeutic conversation with gentle movement outdoors.
Some people find it easier to talk while walking side by side rather than sitting face to face. Being outdoors can also help sessions feel more relaxed and less formal. We will move at a comfortable pace, and no particular level of fitness is required.

Supporting wellbeing through meaningful conversations
Alongside one-to-one counselling, I deliver engaging and interactive wellbeing workshops designed to educate, empower and encourage open conversations around mental health.
Each workshop provides a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can learn practical strategies, build resilience and develop greater self-awareness. Sessions are tailored to suit the needs of each group and combine evidence-based information with reflective activities, discussion and practical tools that participants can take away and use in everyday life.
Whether you're a school, workplace, community organisation or social group, workshops can be adapted to suit different ages, settings and goals.
Available in person across Brisbane and online by request.
